These days employers regularly have a look at social profiles and use it in assessing if you are a good fit for their company. I am not so sure this picture will help your chances of employment that much though.
If the employer stumbles across this he would think: "Ah.. our candidate takes a dump while he friend, covered in puke is half naked in the tub. Now THAT is the person we are looking for. Someone who can still perform under adverse circumstances".
...Or if you are the charming damsel in the tub: "We are looking for someone who is a go-getter... we know here she went for the bottle of cane after eating 4 waffles with cream and then chased it with vodka shooters... but she doesn't step back from a challenge".
...Or maybe not... maybe the response would be a resounding WTF !?!?!
