Tomorrow morning someone will care

As you get into weekend mode again and you plan your night of delightful entertainment you think about tomorrow morning. You know you will feel like the diaper of a baby who has had too much apricot Purity and who is cutting his teeth...

You know that you will not have that many people trying to comfort you as many of them might feel similar.

But don't worry: Your Cat Will Care.

Go forth, be merry (or Mary... whatever floats it for you) and know that there is a furry friend who will look after you in the morning.

Is the frustration building up a bit?

It is reaching the halfway point of this work week again and the frustrations at work might be starting to build up a little.

It looks however like things might be worse in other places compared to your situation of "I just want to hit my head against a wall till I pass out or the pain stops...".

Our poor friend here took 4 pieces of wall, stacked them on top of one another, lit them on fire and went ahead and broke them with his face.

Come to think of it... that might be therapy I would like to recommend to some people. It will improve their appearance, improve their mood and surely make ME feel a lot better. Win win

How could they!

How could they?!?! I understand that there is a born in response from most human beings to do this to our ginger population, but this?

It is nature at its cruelest. Forget the little impala baby ripped to shreds by a leopard for being the slowest in the herd... forget the turtle turned into something that looks like liver paste by the stampeding wildebeest as they migrate.

This is the saddest of all. Let's turn this around people! Hug a ginger today! (without pulling a face)

The Party is Heating Up

It is the end of this glorious Friday and it is time to really take the party to the next level. Not that we are having any problems with a lack of heat at the moment, but these guys are at a party that is cooking!

One of two things have happened when a heater starts crowd surfing at a party:
1. The party is really going to start heating up
2. There was something in the punch which might be resulting in people not being able to 100% trust the things they think they are seeing

Whatever. It is Friday.

You know you have the makings of a great evening if:
1. Someone has fallen asleep.
2. Someone has guns and sports a stylish receding hairline and stache.
3. The banjo has come out to play.
4. You have half a watermelon left and it is being attacked with a table spoon.

Now we are all set for this Friday. Nothing needed more than that, I think? Did I miss something?

Stick Figures in Car Windows

I mean really. This must be one of the most stupid things I have seen yet on people's cars.

I come from Pretoria and we have people driving around with a blue ballsack hanging from their bakkies. This however is probably slightly worse.

The blue ballsack I can understand is a sign of Afrikaans redneck support of my team the Bulls. Not saying in anyway that I don' fall into that category a little, but I stayed away from the ballsack and the mullet.

At first I thought that it must only be the wives of the blue ballsack brigade that had these and at first it was only woman I saw behind the steering wheels. The number of men is however increasing at an alarming rate.

This madness must stop.

New Form of Planking

I must be honest. I am not a person who shies away from the occasional silliness. In fact I quite enjoy it, but I just could never understand why people did the whole planking thing.

Well our dear little 'merican lady over here looked at it as a challenge to go bigger and better. Her interpretation is probably not called planking, if you look at the proportions there.

The new 'merican way of doing it is called Logging. Calling it Loads of Planking or Siamese Quadruplet Planking just doesn't roll of the tongue. So I am going to stick with Logging.

Making Yourself Crystal Clear

This must be the picture that explains the "effect" side of the whole cause and effect the clearest.

So many times you get manuals, instruction booklets and things that really don't get the message across and don't clearly point out how things will work or should work.

This one explains it nicely. If you take part in an act of being a public fountain, you will find a problem with producing any further offspring... and it won't be a pleasant way of stopping your reproduction capabilities.

The baby know that she's in trouble. When you figure out that YOU are the dinner, things are not looking up.

Okay... so I may be pre-judging the princess in the picture. She might be the mommy. The resemblance to the fighting Urukaih in Lord of the Rings is just a little disturbing.

Car Trouble on a Monday

Everyone has had it on the Monday morning where the car just doesn't want to start. It happens.

Many people also work with a total idiot who manages to screw up everything, no matter what it is.

These people sometimes combine things and this is the result.

In case of emergency

I heard people saying: "It's total crap!" and "I would rather take out my eyes with a cheese grater than read that!".

Well both times that was me saying it, but I know there are others with roughly the same sentiment.

I have had a change of heart however. I think there definitely is a special place for it.

This week is flying by!

Bitch, please! We're flying through this week!

We are past the halfway mark and it is a little downhill in front of us and then it is weekend time!

So we might stumble a bit, step on our shoelaces, fall over a bottle of Jack, try not to take out our boss or snore loudly in a meeting... but it's not unlike every other week is it?

Without trying to sound like to much of an alcoholic, you sometimes start the week and 10 minutes into the day you think: "I definitely could do with another one now".

The G-Man Cometh

It is wonderful that there is a place for every type of superhero out there. Especially one like G-Man. He is actually an activist going around selflessly displaying the effects of (G)ravity on the human body.

I know how the girls love a guy in uniform and with superheros is 100% the same. The ensemble is a tasteful blend of sophistication and earthy undertones.

What each part is for:
- The Helmet: To keep all of his awesomeness in one place so that people are not overwhelmed when he thinks up his next amazing feat.
- The Cape: Yes it used to be his mother's curtain, but with those cuts made into the bottom it just adds so much more DANGER into the whole ensemble.
- The Brown Skintight Uniform: You can't help staring at the arrow pointed at his logo on his belly-botton, which by the way is the source of his awesome powers.
- The Footwear: Sometimes a superhero needs to kick back as well and that is where these slops come in.

Gangsta's Paradise - Funny Pics

There are some people who pull of the gangsta look and then others who don't. So our line up looks like this:
1. A fairly normal looking guy
2. A hobbit sporting his first semi-mo and a beautiful job on the peroxide.
3. Then we have the leader of the species. A... well a... thing... uhh...

Okay. I think he is not really pulling of the gangsta look so successfully. I am very glad that I have never seen him in real life.

Batman: Step 1 - Funny Pics

You can't just wake up one day and decide you will be a superhero. It is not as easy as just throwing on a speedo over your tracksuit pants and going out whooping ass. 

It all starts with the theory. This gentleman knows that you have to study before you can fly. To get into character you put on your superhero shirt and your superhero gadget belt. 

Then you just need to work through the manual and you are good to go. Superheroes don't need to write exams, just a golden belt and a quick read through the manual.
