My brother had to present something at the City of Joburg Economic Development Committee. It consisted of members chosen in local elections a few years back. On the one side was the ruling party's members and on the opposite side the various opposition parties.
The result:
- The ruling party members were doing an impression of sleeping beauty (minus the "beauty").
- The opposition part members were attentive and interested in what was being discussed.
